Mr. Haley served as a legislative aide before launching his career in government relations. Serving legislators on both sides of the aisle, Pierce worked both as chief legal counsel for the Joint Committee on Insurance and as legal counsel to the House Ways and Means Committee among numerous other committees.
Pierce is an executive board member of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau, Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He is also an active member of the Public Affairs Council Institute and a frequent panelist or speaker at PAC conferences and other events.
Mr. Haley graduated from Suffolk University before also earning his J.D. at Suffolk University Law School, where in June 2017 he was elected to a three-year term on the Law School Alumni Board. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts..
