Mr. Haley works to ensure that clients’ business interests are protected at the executive, legislative, regulatory and municipal levels of government. He is responsible for developing strategy, lobbying, working with regulators to ensure well-built regulations, trend analysis, analyzing each client’s political situation, and ensuring that both the Firm and its clients are in compliance at all levels of government.
Before joining Serlin Haley, Mr. Haley served in a number of roles in the Massachusetts Legislature, including chief legal counsel for the Joint Committee on Insurance and legal counsel to the House Ways and Means Committee.
Mr. Haley is a board member of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau and a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member and participant in the Public Affairs Council Institute.
Mr. Haley is a graduate of Suffolk University. He earned his J.D. at Suffolk University Law School, where he was voted chairman of the Student Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
